(1) Why LEDs ?
LEDs provide the most efficient way to save energy. LED life time is over 30000 hours. Using LED can save lots of electric cost and maintenance cost. If LEDs are implemented universally, there wouldn¡¦t be a need to build more power plants.

(2) What is a LED ?
Light Emitting Diode what is LED is a semiconductor device. It emits visible when electrical passes through it.

(3) Why are LEDs good for the environment ?
Unlike CFL and the incandescent bulb, LEDs do not contain mercury or other toxic materials. LEDs that comply with RoHS legislation also do not contain lead. It will cause much less damage to the environment.
LEDs do not emit any CO2 and reduce a significant amount of CO2 which would normally be produced by electric plants due to their lower usage of electric power. It is another good to environment.

¡ELEDs which do not contain mercury or other toxic are recyclable. CFLs which contain mercury, glass and metal are not recyclable

Wattage is the unit of electric power. The value of wattage bigger means power consumption bigger.

Lumen is the unit of measurement for how much light is contained in an area. The value of lumen bigger means the light more bright.

(8) What is Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) ?
CCT is the relative color appearance of a light source. The unit of CCT is Kelvin(K) . CCT implies lower 3000K called ¡§warm white¡¨. It appears to be red and make people feel warm and relaxing. CCT implies over 6000K called ¡§cool white¡¨. It appears to be blue and make people feel cold. CCT implies the range of 3000K~6000K is the middle color temperature and it is the most natural color.

(9) What is Color Rendition Index(CRI) ?
CRI is the measure of the light quality of a light source as compared with sunlight(which is given the maximum CRI value of 100) . CRI value closed to 100 is better.

(10) What should be concerned to choice LED for home user ?
Beside wattage value, it should concern lumen value for home user. Wattage value effects the power consumption. Lumen value effects the bright. The price of higher lumen value is higher with the same wattage value.

(11) What should be concerned to choice LED for commercial user ?
Beside wattage and lumen value, it should be concerned CCT and CRI based on the purpose of usage. It will effect the light performance and cost.

(12) How to install LEDs ?
